Welcome

The purpose of this wiki is to serve as a central repository for information related to the movement. Such information includes, but is not limited to: FAQs on forum posts, translations of content, summaries of topics, lists of related web sites, catalogs and bibliographies, real-time updates, and information on local groups. The wiki is an interactive source of information, where anyone can contribute.

NOTE: All content in this Wiki is provided by users, and statements are the opinions of the authors alone. View the authorship history of any page by clicking on the History tab. When contributing, please keep in mind that others may not immediately understand the nature of a Wiki, so attribute your edits well, and avoid making statements which others may interpret as official policy. Some areas, such as the Translation Project, are linked directly from the main site, and serve as staging areas for real-time translation. Content from these areas can be improved collaboratively, and eventually moved onto the main web site.

One mission suggested is to construct structure and hierarchy of forums and wiki so it's easier to navigate and manage.

For example, instead of just having a topic of The Venus Project, we could then break this down in to such sub sections as Energy, Waste Management, Food Nutrition, and so on and so forth.

This would help prevent clutter, would support organization, and would help prevent important topics from being lost amongst the chaos.

Language Specific Pages / Translations

To create pages in other languages, use the same page name as the English name, and add the language code after. For example, the English Main Page is Main Page. The French version is Main Page/fr. The wiki software will then automatically link the pages, and provide references to them when multiple languages are available. Currently, the following languages are available:
